Every dog must be in good health and current on all vaccinations including Rabies*, DA2PP and Bordetella.

At least 16 weeks of age, and spayed or neutered if older than 7 months.
(We are flexible on altering date if your vet recommends waiting up to a year.)
Pass a Temperament Test.
Visit the Gingr Customer Portal and create a profile:

Schedule a Temperament Test once your profile is complete.
Once registered, download the Gingr for Pet Parents app to streamline scheduling.

A Temperament Test is three hours of daycare during which you leave your dog with BB's Playhouse, and we observe your dog's interaction with other dogs.
You must be available via phone at all times during the test.
Upon pick-up, we will discuss the results. If your dog passes, you'll have access to scheduling daycare and boarding via Gingr.

3:00pm Monday–Friday, and 1:00pm Saturday & Sunday — unless you're a BB's Annual VIP Member, who has no drop-off restriction.
Yes. 6:00am is the earliest, but additional fees apply (see Early Drop fees). VIP Members can drop off as early as 6:45am Mon–Fri at no extra cost.
Yes. 10:00pm is the latest. Additional fees apply. Anything after 10pm becomes an overnight boarding — no exceptions. VIP Members can pick up as late as 7:15pm Mon–Fri at no extra cost.
A collar or harness must be worn at all times. We recommend a collar for comfort. If your dog arrives with both, the collar stays on and the harness goes with their personal items.
Of course. No charge if you bring food. We have bowls on-site (never shared), a fridge/freezer, and scheduled water breaks 3x a day. In-house kibble available for $5.00/cup if needed.
Full days include one relief walk (~10 min). Half days include a relief walk for VIP Members only. Additional relief walks ($6/$5 VIP) or 20-min walks ($12/$10 VIP) can be added. "VIP 3" does not include a walk.
We strongly encourage it, but it's not required.
Nope — your reservation is a placeholder. No need to contact us if you're early or late. Half-day reservations still give you up to 6 hours regardless of exact timing.

For 13 years I've worked with dogs ranging from in-home doggy daycare, board & train, customized dog walks, rescue rehabilitation, private training, and dog sittings.
